Meeting Rooms
We have several meeting rooms located in our facility that can be rented on their own for small work retreats, private interviews or work spaces, or bundled with larger bookings for breakout or green room spaces.
Room 322 on our third floor has a board table that seats eight guests, includes a complimentary conference phone and a wall-mounted LCD screen with a boardroom table HDMI or VGA plug-in.
The Sarah Morgan Silvester Richard Frasier Meeting Room on our first floor has a board table that seats 12 guests. This room overlooks the central UBC commons square, and is flooded with natural light. It doesn’t include built-in AV but a portable phone or LCD screen can be brought in for a fee.
Our lower level hosts three additional meeting room spaces.
The Hong Kong Meeting Room (LL112) has a board table that seats 12 guests, and includes a complimentary conference phone and a wall-mounted LCD screen with a boardroom table HDMI or VGA plug-in, plus a white board with markers.
Room LL 111 has a board table that seats eight guests, and includes a complimentary conference phone and a wall-mounted LCD screen with a boardroom table HDMI or VGA plug-in.
Room LL 106 has a board table that seats six guests, and includes a complimentary conference phone and a wall-mounted LCD screen with a boardroom table HDMI or VGA plug-in.
Located on the lower level, directly at the bottom of the stairs. Room includes a telephone and a white board.

Located on the lower level, and accessed through the Graham Lee Innovation Centre. It includes an LCD screen with laptop table connection, a white board and a telephone.

Located on the main level, next to the Achievement Lounge. It has a hidden credenza for catering service, and 14-foot glass windows offering an amazing view of University Square.

Located on Level 3, next to the Robert H. Lee Family Boardroom. It includes an LCD screen with laptop table connection and a conference phone.
