2020 Event Packages

We are now offering tailored packages and special rates for meetings, social gatherings, celebrations of life, weddings and photo shoots. Details can be found below in our PDF packages.

Our rooms are flooded with natural light, and feature modern contemporary design. Our built-in technology can be utilized to make any event or meeting hybrid. Our team is ready to work with you to ensure that all the proper safety measures are being implemented.

Please note that these package offerings are currently only available for bookings from July 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020. These offerings may be extended into our 2021 season, as we continue to plan safely around COVID-19.

All our Bookings Include

  • Pre- and post-event deep cleaning and surface sanitization.
  • Set up/tear down of our tables, chairs. Linens are not included, but can be arranged for a fee.
  • Staffing, including a dedicated event manager, custom floor plan creation, one onsite venue coordinator.

Additional Booking Information

  • Bookings available between 9:30 am and 9:00 pm daily. Note all licensed events must start after 12pm.
  • All food and beverage service, with the exception of a wedding cake, must be provided by our exclusive catering list (link to catering page)
  • 5% GST is applied to all events.
  • Refundable damage deposit may be applicable.
  • Socan and ReSound fees are charged when applicable.
  • Additional AV items such as live streaming equipment can be rented and arranged for an additional fee.
  • Pre-paid parking can be arranged at the time of booking.
  • We have no restrictions on third party vendors outside of our caterers, you are free to bring in your own décor team, florists, photographers, musicians, DJ etc. – we can also arrange these services for a fee.

COVID-19 Safety Information

  • We will require you and your vendors to sign a COVID-19 safety social contract and ask that you share the information provided in this document with all of your guests.
  • We offer hand sanitization stations at each entrance door.
  • Directional and social distancing signage will be in place, we ask that it is adhered to.
  • The venue is fully cleaned and surfaces sanitized between all bookings.
  • We will assist you in mapping out a floor plan that adheres to proper social distancing protocols that align with your guest list, considering which family units can sit close together, etc.

At this time, we do not allow events to go beyond 9pm
