Yes. We can coordinate with UBC Parking to provide a unique pre‑paid parking code for your guests. Pricing depends on the selected lot, date, and time of day. A minimum of 10 business days’ notice is required.
Once you approve the quote, we will issue an invoice that includes a refundable damage deposit. After payment, we will provide your event‑specific QR code and instructions.
How it works:
• Guests download the HONK Mobile App
• Scan the QR code (it also functions as a link)
• Enter their license plate
• Apply the promo code (usually autofilled)
• Select Park for free
After your event, UBC Parking sends us the final invoice and usage list. We will bill you for the actual usage and refund any remaining deposit, or invoice for any additional costs.

No. The building does not have a freight elevator. Tables seven feet or longer do not fit in the passenger elevators and must be carried up the stairs.

• Interior: 6 ft (L) × 4.5 ft (W) × 7.5 ft (H)
• Capacity: 1,000 lbs
All rental deliveries and pickups must occur on the same day as your event. In some cases, we can coordinate early delivery or next‑day pickup. Storage fees may apply depending on item size and timing.
Deliveries outside your event date without prior approval will incur storage and rental fees as outlined in your contract.

Yes, we often have dollies and carts available for use. These are located in our loading bay, and you may check in with our front desk for assistance. Please note that our café has two carts that are locked and not available for client use.
We ask that all dollies and carts be returned to the loading bay after use.
All deliveries must use the loading bay located at the rear of the building. Short‑term parking is permitted for active loading only, and drivers must move their vehicle as soon as unloading is complete. Please ensure all vendors are aware of this policy.
All vehicles must be registered at our front desk. Accessible parking stalls may not be used for loading or unloading unless the vehicle displays a valid accessible parking permit.
Our address is 6163 University Blvd. Occasionally, GPS apps may route drivers to an area that does not access our loading bay, so please refer to our map to ensure your route follows University Blvd.
To access the loading bay, continue down University Blvd and take the last right before the roundabout (“the bottom of the U”). This will bring you into a service area for the University Blvd Parkade (east), The Nest entrance (north), and the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre loading bay (west).
Signage in this area indicates short‑term parking for the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre. All vehicles must be registered.
