Please include these points in your opening speech to guests:

1. Washrooms are on this level, down the hallway on the left-hand side. A baby change table is located in the accessible washroom on Level 1.
2. Smoking is permitted outside, eight meters away from any doorway.
3. Alcoholic beverages must remain inside the building.
4. Level 3 and the lower level are off limits to guests.
5. Please do not drink and drive — a telephone and a list of phone numbers for local taxi companies are available on the marble desk on Level 1.
