Bar Service
Clients have the flexibility to choose how they handle bar services for their event. They can opt to have their caterer provide bar service, ensuring seamless coordination with the food menu, or choose to hire a separate bar service company for specialized options. All our bar service providers listed here are pre-approved, we can allow other bar service companies onsite with approval, they must have a business license and insurance.

When working with new clients, because we have been to the Alumni center, we are familiar with the logistics already and make it easy for us to plan out the events. Many customers utilize both the downstairs lobby area as well as the upstairs main hall. We like to focus on good planning to help everything run smoothly.
