Corporate Events
The Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre is available for a wide variety of corporate and private events, including galas, media events, fundraisers, cocktail receptions, product launches, seminars, meetings, and virtual events. We provide you with an upscale palette that allows you to create the atmosphere you need to make your event stand out.
We have all the necessary support, equipment, and staff to ensure that your event will run smoothly and will be remembered by all.
Pricing
Below is a snapshot of our rental rates. Room bundle rates may be applied, connect with us and let us know about your event needs and one of our venue specialists will put together a custom package.
alumniUBC receives a 20% discount on non-corporate bookings.

| Meeting Rooms + Lounges | $30 per hour | Classrooms, 8am – 10pm min 4 hrs | $45 per hour |
- Any booking more than 8 hours receives a 10% discount on the hourly rate. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Half Jack Poole Hall (NORTH or SOUTH) bookings are $50 per hour less than above rate.
- Prices vary on Stat holiday weekends.
