Robert H. Lee Family Boardroom

This stunning 1,300-square-foot penthouse boardroom was built for the UBC Board of Governors. The room hosts a fixed-in-place, 32-seat, U-shape table with built-in microphones, an adjacent support table with five seats, and 33 theatre-style seats. The room is perfect for board meetings, retreats, presentations, hybrid meetings and training programs. Presenters may use the podium in the room or connect to our in-house projector and screen through the HDMI/VGA port located at the head of the table. Our built-in AV system includes a video conferencing unit that easily connects to Zoom or Teams.
