Corporate Events
The Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre is available for a wide variety of corporate and private events, including galas, media events, fundraisers, cocktail receptions, product launches, seminars, meetings, and virtual events. We provide you with an upscale palette that allows you to create the atmosphere you need to make your event stand out.
We have all the necessary support, equipment, and staff to ensure that your event will run smoothly and will be remembered by all.

Below is a snapshot of our rental rates. Room bundle rates may be applied, connect with us and let us know about your event needs and one of our venue specialists will put together a custom package.
alumniUBC receives a 20% discount on non-corporate bookings.

- NOTE: Bookings within 3 weeks of event date will incur an $800 rush fee
- Any booking more than 8 hours receives a 10% discount on the hourly rate
- Half Jack Poole Hall (NORTH or SOUTH) bookings are $50 per hour less than above rate.
- Staffing charges may apply to the meeting rooms, lounges, or classrooms if booked outside of operating hours
- Classroom rentals are reduced by 50% when booking with Jack Poole Hall
- Koerner Lounge rentals are reduced by 50% when booked with Boardroom
- Stat Holiday bookings are subject to Public Rates and an additional $850 staffing surcharge
