Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre staff and UBC Parking Services are here to assist you with any of the pre-planning and day-of questions regarding parking on campus. There are a few options for you to consider.
General Information
We can provide maps, links and be onsite to answer your guest’s questions regarding where to park and how to pay. You may also want to direct your guests to our Getting to The Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre page.
Pre-Purchasing Parking
Event organizers may pre-purchase parking for guests by requesting a coupon code. Event organizers can share the coupon codes with guests so they can enter them into the Pay Station at the assigned parking facility in order to validate their parking.
To pre-purchase parking, please email UBC Parking Events at parking.events@ubc.ca and provide them with the following information:
- Event name
- Event date and time
- Event location
- Expected number of vehicles
PRE-PURCHASING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD LOT
Valet Service
The Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre is proud to partner with Park Avenue Valets Ltd.
Park Avenue Valets will work with UBC Parking Services on your behalf, organize all the logistics, provide exemplary service and added convenience for your guests. They provide;
- Uniformed, trained and professional valets
- All valet parking signage
- All valet parking equipment including ticket stubs and locking key boxes
- Complete insurance coverage (ICBC Liability Insurance and General Liability Insurance)
